Course Enrollment & Payments

Once you enroll in a course, your seat is reserved and resources are allocated for your training. All payments made confirm your enrollment.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that plans can change. Refunds may be considered if:

  • The request is made within 24 hours of enrollment
  • You have not attended any sessions
  • You have not accessed course materials or recordings

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • After attending any live session
  • After accessing course content or materials
  • Change of mind after course has started
  • Partially completed courses

Batch Transfer

If you're unable to continue, you can request a batch transfer based on availability. We’ll do our best to support your request.

Refund Process
