Course Enrollment & Payments
Once you enroll in a course, your seat is reserved and resources are allocated for your training. All payments made confirm your enrollment.
Refund Eligibility
We understand that plans can change. Refunds may be considered if:
- The request is made within 24 hours of enrollment
- You have not attended any sessions
- You have not accessed course materials or recordings
Non-Refundable Conditions
- After attending any live session
- After accessing course content or materials
- Change of mind after course has started
- Partially completed courses
Batch Transfer
If you're unable to continue, you can request a batch transfer based on availability. We’ll do our best to support your request.
Refund Process
